My purpose is to make learning as pleasurable as possible.
My programs have been presented to national and international groups and organizations for over 20 years - each having their own unique set of challenges. My primary objective is to assist you by becoming part of your team as we discuss and discover what your desired results are. I'll be asking you pertinent questions to help me make your program a success. Anticipating some questions you may have for me, I've prepared some answers:
How long is your presentation?
Because my presentations are customized they can be as long you need them to be -- from an hour to three days depending on your desired results. With multiple program options, together we can determine what best fits your needs.
Can you shorten or lengthen your presentation at the last minute?
Yes. I've been speaking since 1988 and have frequently had to cut or lengthen my talk at a moment's notice. Before beginning, I will ask you what time you want me to end.
How can you effectively address people on all levels even in different countries?
No matter where I have trained - Aruba, Australia, Canada, Japan, and Taiwan as well as all over the U.S. - people tend to face similar problems. We all are facing; degrees of change, how we keep ourselves and our teams inspired, how we keep us from being overwhelmed, how we attract and retain the best people in our respective industries, and how we service our customers better than our competition. There is a need to develop team spirit and to embrace technology without losing the personal touch. For team building or speaking skills, you are considering the right speaker.
Because I've worked with such diverse groups from different cultures and at all levels (from CEO to hourly employees), I honor how they each face today's challenges. I draw from experiences with these varied groups - as well as from my own business - to bring insights to your group. My strength lies in my ability to relate empowering information in an easily digestible and enjoyable manner. The program becomes about bringing out their intelligence and not about me as an expert or a know-it-all. I share the lessons I've learned - and continue to learn - about business and about life.
What do you need from us?
Either in a face to face meeting or phone conference you and any of your team members can assist me to understand your group objectives so my message/program focuses on your needs. We'll work together to assure the logistics and the timing of my presentation are the best for the objectives you want to meet.
We become partners in planning a program. We will make sure you feel totally comfortable with my part on your program.
Can you present different programs on the same day?
Yes. I have often delivered a keynote and then breakout sessions on totally different subjects or private coaching for your managers. There are packages customized to fit your needs and your budget.
How large an audience are you comfortable with?
10 - 10,000. My delight is in playing with groups of all sizes.
Do you customize your talks?
Yes. No two people are alike nor are two companies. Even if you are in a similar industry that I have worked with and you are facing similar challenges, your unique energy requires a unique approach. Nothing I do is 'canned'. I love doing things with an interactive audience. The audience is there to see what's in it for them, not how good I look or sound.
Do you use humor?
By sharing real life examples in a lighthearted humorous way, the audience finds a way to relate things to their own life. There is enough stress in everyone's life and I have found it vital to relax the audience so they can focus on solutions rather than problems.

What is your business background?
Before becoming a full-time speaker and business and relationship trainer, I spent more than 20 years as a business owner. I owned and operated an Executive Level Temporary Service and was co-owner in a Manufacturing Company making mining equipment. I helped to build and run the first Thermography Center (a non-invasive breast and wellness screening facility) in the U.S.
Are you an author?
Yes. My most recent book is The Silent Power of Your Love and have recently returned from Australia where I wrote my next book on relationships that will be released shortly.
Where do you do your presentations?
The world is my office and I am comfortable with working with people of all cultures and all levels that are interested in improving their life and their business. I am happy to fly to your city/country. When we talk we will decide what venue best suits your needs.
