Many have called my journey as courageous. For me it was simply a matter of paying attention and trusting what was in my heart. We do have free will to do what we choose, but I learned long ago to trust that there is guidance wiser than what my ego can create. Following that intuitive knowingness has led me on many journeys. Each time the results have far exceeded my expectations.
