                    Peak Performance

Superior performance is a matter of awareness.  What separates a great performer from an excellent performer is a matter of style.

In one very specific arena everyone has the finesse and ability of a great performer.  Unfortunately, most people have been discouraged from developing their inherent abilities.  You can recognize when intelligence is flowing in people by their vibrancy.

Those who achieve a combination of imagination and wonder see more clearly than people who are distracted by problems.  They notice distinctions in their environment and are naturally attuned to the direction of change in their field.

Systemic thinking comes from the collective awareness of an organization.  Curious organizations that can learn are able to elicit team intelligence by communicating directly with the creative intelligence of the players.  Now we are inventing self-organizing systems that find leadership at every level throughout the system.

Measurement of new methods is required.  You need accurate feedback which will tell you immediately if a new approach is working. The two most valid measures for a successful venture are team spirit and the bottom line.  Cash flow and human vitality are measurable.

To embrace honesty and integrity as we serve others requires us:

                    • ¨To enhance successful business and personal relationships between men and women.

                    •   ¨To assist others in identifying their desire and purpose.

                    •   ¨To recognize the genius in each individual.

                    •   ¨To provide a supportive environment for clear, precise, objective feedback.

                    •   ¨To assure no judgment, criticism or advice be given

                    •   ¨To honor each person for who they are

                    •   ¨To have fun, pleasure and accountability in all that we do

                    •   ¨To assist others to develop tools of success for a rapidly changing business environment.

                    •   ¨To be actively involved in the health and well-being of our community and environment.
